MEDITERRANEAN GRAIN BOWL

MICROWAVE: Remove lid & shrink wrap. Loosely cover tray with microwave safe lid or plastic wrap. Place tray in center of microwave. Prepare on high heat. From frozen 3.5-4.5 minutes; from thawed 1.5-2.5 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Remove lid & shrink wrap. Cover with foil Bake in tray on metal sheet pan at 375° from frozen 13-18 minutes, from thawed 5-9 minutes.
CONVECTION OVEN: Remove lid & shrink wrap. Cover with foil Bake in tray on metal sheet pan at 350° from frozen 10-15 minutes, from thawed 4-7 minutes.
