MICROWAVE: Remove lid & shrink wrap. Loosely cover tray with microwave safe lid or plastic wrap, place tray in the center of microwave. Prepare on high heat from frozen 3.5-4.5 minutes; from thawed 1.5-2.5 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Remove lid & shrink wrap. Cover with foil. Bake in tray on metal sheet pan @ 375°. From frozen, 13-18 minutes; from thawed, 5-9 minutes.
CONVECTION OVEN: Remove lid & shrink wrap. Cover with foil. Bake in tray on metal sheet pan @ 350°. From frozen, 10-15 minutes; from thawed, 4-7 minutes.
