Getting the Order There

Shipping is a new undertaking and a vital key to the success of the Birddog Network.
We intend to control our growth initially by restricting deliveries to California and
a few nearby states. Our plan is to go nationwide in the second half of 2020.

Using California as the point of origin, check the map above to confirm that FedEx Ground
can get the order to its destination in 2 days or less. If not, please accept our apology and we
ask for your patience as we grow. Not sure? Contact us and we’ll be glad to assist you. If
the destination is in this delivery area, and your total is $199 or more, your order
qualifies for FREE SHIPPING!

Rush Service

For optimal freshness and quality, we don’t inventory our entire product line.
Your order will be processed, packaged and delivered in 3-7 days from when you
place the order, sooner if possible. Since it makes no sense to pay for
overnight delivery, we don’t offer that service.YET

Out of Stock Items

Because of our ever-expanding variety of products, occasionally an item
you order may not be available for any number of reasons. If so, you will be
contacted as soon as possible to offer you a substitute item.

How Will the Order Arrive?

Our foods will always be carefully packaged with enough dry ice and packaging to get it to you chilled or
frozen. Most or all of the dry ice will have evaporated when the order arrives. No need for
concern, as long as the product is still cold to the touch, just put it right in the freezer or in the
refrigerator for no more than 4 days. If it is warm, do not eat the item. Please
take pictures for insurance purposes and contact us immediately.

Sending a Gift

When shipping our products as a gift, confirm and double check recipient
address. It is VERY IMPORTANT to let them know that they will be receiving a
perishable delivery and when to expect it. Please coordinate with recipient
to avoid routing delays which may result in possible spoilage, for which
Specific Pacific Foods cannot take responsibility.

Gift Cards

Wondering what to get someone as a gift? Give them a gift card and let them decide for
themselves… We are happy to mail one of our pretty, purple gift cards, along with a message
from you to your recipient free of charge. Choose from pre-set denominations of $25, $50
and $100. Everybody loves getting a card in the mail, and it might also give your
Birddog Network a jumpstart. Who couldn’t use good food?

Holiday Shipping

Our products make excellent gifts, but please shop as early as possible in
November and December. If you’re purchasing gifts that are going to multiple
locations, (very nice of you, by the way) please contact customer service.

Refund Policy

Of course we stand behind our products. If you have any concerns, please
contact our customer service department. Unfortunately, because of the
perishability of our products we are not able to accept returns, but we
will bend over backwards to keep you a happy customer.

Other Info

  • All packages are authorized as “Driver Release” and will be left at front door.
  • When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email from FedEx.com.
  • Because our products are perishable, we only deliver to residences.
  • At this time, Sunday deliveries are not available.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
