Specific Pacific Foods has established a set of rules
and guidelines to help us govern and run
BirdDog Network fairly and efficiently.
- A BirdDog never has to, nor is even able to buy-in to BirdDog Network to earn commissions.
- The minimum age to participate in BirdDog Network is 16.
- Specific Pacific Foods cannot control, nor will arbitrate whose link a prospective customer chooses to use, or when and if they purchase.
- Once a new referral or customer declares who referred them, a Specific Link is established and cannot be changed.
- A BirdDog may only refer someone one time.
- An individual may only be referred one time.
- A BirdDog may not refer someone that resides at the same address.
- A BirdDog may not refer him or herself.
- A BirdDog may not refer someone that is already a customer, except during a fundraiser, if agreed upon prior to start of campaign.
- A customer is defined as someone that has bought at least once in the past 2 years.
- BirdDogs receive their commissions on all purchases for 1 year from the date of first sale of every referral in their network.
- BirdDog Payments are issued for release on the 15th of the month.
- No early payments can be released.
- Any BirdDog whose total earnings for the year surpass $600 will be issued a 1099 for tax purposes.
- Specific Pacific Foods does not employ BirdDogs in any manner and as such, is not responsible for withholdings or any tax requirements.
- No Shoes. No Shirt. No Service… Specific Pacific Foods reserves the right to cease doing business with anyone at its own discretion.
