These are a life saver in a crunch. Plus everyone loves the flavor and you feel so pampered eating red meat. It’s always so tender. I used to pair them with homemade fettucini alfredo. Now I’m thinking about the mini au gratin potatoes or 3 cheese mac and cheese from Specific Pacific Foods. If we’ve had too many snacks before dinner, I just broil these to add to the mix of snacks and save tonight’s dinner for tomorrow! Is that a diet plan?
