We built our reputation on this steak! Tender center-cut Filet Mignon, marinated in Bordelaise sauce and wrapped in a generous slice of thick bacon. Bake thawed @ 400° 8-10 minutes on the first side, then cook 5-8 minutes on the second side. Towards the end of cooking time, unwrap and lay the bacon flat on both sides to cook it thoroughly. Even better on the barbecue! 10 steaks.
