If you haven’t tried Wagyu, then these are the best steaks you’ve never had!! The same breed of cattle as Kobe, but raised in Australia, our NY style sirloin strips are unbelievably tender, well-marbled and juicy. We have our butchers meticulously trim all excess fat and gristle, so every bite of your Wagyu is perfect. We prefer the marble score 6’s and 7’s for the buttery flavor that puts Wagyu in a class by itself. Thaw first and be sure to sear your steaks to lock in the juices. Broil, BBQ or for best results, use a cast-iron skillet. 10 steaks.
