Beautiful wild Alaskan king salmon fillets in a fantastic sweet & sassy marinade of ginger, hoisin sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, chili paste & honey. They’ll be begging for more! Bake thawed at 350˚ covered for 20 min., then uncover and broil for 5 min. or until blackened a bit. OMG!

Seriously the best salmon ever! I cook it with half the liquid it comes with and blacken it a bit. Over rice sprinkled with finely chopped green onion – yum!
